Getting your meals delivered to your doorstep with just a few taps is the modern day convenience. But this is not the case in the majority of the 145 tech parks, spread across 8 major cities in India. There seems to be an opportunity for a design intervention in the current cafeteria dining experience. This project focuses on addressing this particular gap.
I was approached by a couple of engineers, Sankar and Vivek, who were facing a similar problem in their place of work. The project was done in collaboration with them, in an attempt to address the above said issue.

Only the consumer side of the system is considered for the study here. Vendors were not included at this stage.
A simple double diamond method was used to plan the process. Initially diverging to understand the problem (Discover) and converging to define the problem (Define) and then later again divering to generate multiple ideas for the solution (Develop) and converging at the final solution (Deliver)
